When handling narcissistic behavior, it’s essential to stand up for yourself and tell them if you’re not okay with what they’ve decided.

“You might be right”

A neutral statement can disarm someone emotionally. When talking with a narcissist, avoid making arguments for or against what they say is best.

Instead, say something non-committal that’s just enough to subdue them. Hopefully, your lack of a comeback will be enough to get them to move on.

Another thing you can say is, “That’s an interesting point.”
