And you don’t have to justify yourself or your reasoning for not wanting to discuss it when handling narcissistic behavior.

“If you continue to speak to me like that, I’ll walk away”

If you feel like the conversation is becoming unhealthy, you must clarify that you won’t tolerate their disrespect. Be sure to state your boundaries clearly but firmly.
