Regardless of how many differences there are between these two fantastic generations, they actually have a lot of key points in common.

For instance, both Gen X and Y are focused on their families, on religion, and on helping other people, such as through volunteer activities.

It might be surprising, but another thing that is common is that both of them enjoy technology, but of course, in different ways.
