Conflict is a big “NO” for you!

One of the definite signs that you are an empath is the struggle you have when it comes to conflict. Generally, in such instances, people with heightened sensibility to emotions, due to the intense nature of a conflict, argument, or fight, are going to be easily affected by them, and it will only make their own feelings of guilt amplify.

A lot of empaths end up avoiding conflict no matter what because the idea of dealing with the onslaught of emotions, both their own and of the person with whom they are having a disagreement, is too much for them. What’s more, it may be hard for them to find a resolution to the conflict since they will be overwhelmed and will not be able to handle the situation well.
