6 Ways to Go Through a Midlife Crisis Like a Phoenix

There’s still no exact reason why these occur, but we believe that they’re actually a natural way of dealing with major changes in our lives. Let’s be honest for a moment: as much as we might hate it, we’re not getting any younger.

One thing we do know for sure is the existence of research that suggests people’s happiness seems to decline between the ages of 40 and 60. In addition to that, in conformity with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, people who are between the ages of 40-60 are more likely to become victims of depression.
