I don’t know about you, but when I think of a midlife crisis, my mind immediately goes to movies and TV shows. There are plenty of scenes where men buy red convertible cars and women start to dress like they’re in their 20s again. Nothing wrong with these, everyone does what’s best for them!

You’ve probably witnessed things like that in real life: a coworker gets divorced, a relative quits their job all of a sudden, or a friend of yours dyes their hair a funky color.
