2. She has a didactic personality

A didactic person is someone who’s always acting like a teacher. This is an absolute red flag for a manipulative woman. They feel that they are extremely intellectual and smart, and the responsibility to mold other people is on their shoulders.

But that’s not all; since they think so highly of themselves, they always find fault with other people’s methods of doing things. If that sounds like your wife, she’s probably doing the same with you, indirectly suggesting that she’s superior to you. This is a technique to make you feel less than her, which makes you ask her for advice when you can’t deal with stuff.

What does this look like? Well, it looks like your wife has gained control over you. If you constantly run to her for her opinion and you didn’t do that before, she may be manipulating you.

Don’t get me wrong; it’s very healthy to communicate and share points of view in a marriage, but if you feel like you can’t make a decision without asking for your wife’s opinion, she may be a controlling woman.
