This particular situation contributes to a vicious cycle. Arguments can result in negative energy, but negative energy can also cause arguments. It goes both ways.

If you notice that you have more dissensions at home, whether with your spouse or others living with you or simply while you’re on the phone, it’s a clear sign of negativity in the house.

It doesn’t matter what caused the arguments to happen; tension and stress belong outside of the house. A healthy home has strong boundaries to keep out bad feelings and dissension, so when your fortress is weakened, the battles start coming.
