6. Virgo

Virgo is the ruling star of the abdomen and intestines, and because of this, their health problems will have to do with these body parts.

Whether they are overweight or underweight, Virgos have trouble controlling their weight. As well as gastrointestinal conditions including ulcers and irritable bowel syndrome, eating disorders are popular among Virgos.

Many times, all of these problems stem from the fact that the perfectionism of the Virgo can stress them so much that it can cause all the digestive issues we listed above. So, Virgos should try to maintain a balanced lifestyle and a healthy diet. Self-compassion is also welcomed.
