#2 The Narcissistic Vampire

An energy vampire who is narcissistic is incapable of displaying genuine interest in or empathy for others. Narcissistic vampires adhere to the unspoken maxim, “Me first, you second.” Narcissistic vampires will consequently always want you to put them first, stroke their ego, and do what they say, no matter what. 

Narcissistic vampires will likewise use phony charm to manipulate you, but they’ll stab you in the back as soon as their interest takes them. You may experience great disempowerment if you are close to a narcissistic vampire because you may feel as though you are being crushed by their ego and self-importance.

If you can’t immediately eliminate this person from your life, attempt to minimize contact. Especially if you’re in a working relationship, you could show the Narcissistic Vampire how your demands serve their needs.
