Yeah, that is still a little bit compared to everyone else that cannot. Of course, we can all do it from time to time, but if you continue to rely on multitasking in your day-to-day life, you will see how easily mentally fatigued you will get.

You will get mental clutter and no longer be able to discern what information is relevant or not, and in the end, studies have shown that it can lead to less efficiency and impair your cognitive functions!

Focus on single-tasking instead! By writing down what you need to do that day, you can easily start tackling them one at a time, beginning with the most important and pressing task and working your way down. You will see how efficient you will get and how less distracted you will be from the task at hand. This is a habit that most people would benefit from!
