Your furry best friend may have passed away, but their loving memory still lingers. In fact, you may even be able to feel their presence through the olfactory sense.

You just had a good cry. You feel a bit better and take a deep breath. As you’re trying to recompose yourself, you catch a familiar smell. Your deceased pet’s scent, which you know all too well, sticks around.

If you notice your pet’s scent sometime throughout the day, this is definitely a sign that they are still with you. This can happen anywhere, including in places you’ve never brought your pet, like a restaurant or cinema.
