Some people have an open mind and enjoy listening and learning new things. Others tend to be a little bit closed-minded and traditionalist in their approach. They have set values and beliefs, and trying to convince them otherwise is already a lost cause.

Such people don’t embrace change and like to do things a certain way. They are traditionalists at heart, and they’d rather choose their trusted ways to do things than try modern and new ways.
