    Some of the tips I have been using with positive results.
    You were correct, not putting ourselves first is a trap that sneaks up on us.
    I enrolled in Antelope Valley College in January 2023 at sixty-six years of age to obtain a degree in Business Administration. There have been many challenges, fears, and feelings to process.
    Your tips have reminded me of the tools I have to enhance my life and lead to acceptance, happiness, self-worth, and Love.
