#8 Make up a morning routine!
This one may be the habit that most people mention most frequently. But, just like with the exercise one, it is because it actually works. You should strive to start your mornings with a routine or a little ritual that makes you feel good, puts you in a good mood, and fills you up with energy.
No matter what that habit is, be it a morning run, making a healthy breakfast, or even just giving yourself 30 minutes of meditation, sticking to it will bring a lot of positive energy into your life. You will find that not only are you starting your day easier and in a more proactive way, but you will also be losing less time each morning.
Striking in a rush or fatigued way, without a plan or something to look forward to, will stress you out more and end up making you less productive. It may also be the reason why your mornings are starting on the wrong note!
