#6 Pick up journaling
A lot of people say that you should be journaling at the end of the day so that you can write down the conclusion of how everything went. Yet, this doesn’t mean that you cannot start your day with some journaling as well. It doesn’t have to be a big thing, but a few minutes reserved for yourself to write down your plans or how you feel will bring that spring back into your step.
Not only is journaling great for self-awareness, but it can also help you process your feelings and put your thoughts into order before the day truly begins. And at night, you can revisit the same habit to think over how the events of the day unfolded too!
You cannot write the conclusion without an introduction, so think about adding this step to your morning routine!
A good journal to start with that we also recommend is this one!
