5. Forget about the honesty!

A narcissist doesn’t require nor seek your love or that of other people because they think they are self-sufficient. They’re only looking for your approval, affirmation, and attention. What they can get from you is the only thing they keep in mind. And they are also easily distracted by any other person who’s new and interesting. It’s like buying new furniture or a new piece of clothing that, after a while, becomes old and boring. You will eventually become “an old t-shirt” for the narcissist.

Since most of them are hard to please, they will always look for something new and shiny. Nobody is going to be special for them, which is why they always end up cheating on their partner.
