5. Virgo

If you’re a Virgo, you probably already thought about when you would appear on the list and what was going to be said about you. This is because Virgos, out of all the zodiac signs, are known as ruminators, and what actually brings them to the brink of depression is thinking about their life.

They like to be on top of the game, and this leads them to overthink and make up hundreds of scenarios in their mind, with a propensity for thinking about all the bad ones. This is a slippery slope, as always being focused on the bad things can bring your mood down, and it is one of the first reasons why Virgo natives are prone to depression.
