4. Do something you love to do
Engaging in activities you enjoy will liberate your mind, body, and spirit, and you’ll certainly get more eager and excited about life as a result, awakening your inner spirit. You will be freed from the weight of simply existing. I personally enjoy drawing; it’s an old hobby of mine, which is why I try to do a little bit every day, and you have no idea how happy it makes me feel to let my imagination run wild! It’s amazing! I feel like I am a completely different person when I am alone with my paper and my pencil, and I also think I’m a lot happier.
I am certainly a completely different person in that moment, and I know that somebody up high is happy to watch me become a better human being.
