You should never entertain anybody telling the incorrect facts to your face, or else it ends up spoiling your entire tomorrow. No one finally wins after a lie. It’s just that some people smile and let it go without finding it important to react.
Knowing the truth deep down in your heart and deliberately smiling by masking sorrows is an act of strength that only courageous people do. The coward simply lies and moves on, thinking that they have done a very good thing.
