The lyrics talk about love, and while it is the world’s most coveted emotion when it comes to songs, it is also easy to make into a cliche. This Johnny Cash song has been so successful because of how much honesty and truth are behind their lyrics, and partially because the songs about losing love are the ones that stay with the public the most!
