8 Ways to Manifest Good Things in Your Life

If you haven’t heard of manifestation so far, it will definitely change your life! While it’s not a new concept, you won’t see too many people manifesting what they desire in life.

However, in the last century, there have been an increasing number of sciences, from physics to biology, that have produced convincing evidence that we live in a unified field of energy.

This is probably one of the best ways in which you can describe the whole concept of manifestation. In other words, who you are is deeply connected to everything around you and plays a huge part in its creation.

Spiritual manifesting is also a life-long practice focused on the idea that every “I” is actually a part of a “we”, and that we are all connected in a unified field. Because we’re all interconnected, we can change the world.

Probably one of the best ways to start, no matter what you wish for, is to start journaling your thoughts.

According to manifestation coach Kathleen Cameron, the most important factor in manifesting is yourself, so you first need to cultivate your self-awareness.

If you sit by yourself every day and take the time to journal your innermost thoughts, you will soon start noticing where you’re blocking yourself and how to move forward.

As you journal, you might notice that you’re unintentionally manifesting the opposite of what you want because you don’t actually feel aligned with it.

According to neuroscientist Tara Swart, M.D., Ph.D., journaling is a great way to spot a scarcity mindset and correct it into an abundance mindset!

Vision boarding

Another great tool for successful manifestation is vision-boarding. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s the process of making a tangible visual of what you’re dreaming of.

It could either be a mood board of images that depict a change you want or a virtual folder of a dream vacation you might be manifesting.

If you don’t have a very clear direction for where you’re headed and where you want to go, it might be easy to get caught up in things that aren’t really good for you.

But if you make a vision board of all the things you wish to have in your life, it’s like you’re calling them. And trust me, they will come.

This is another powerful tool on the same line as vision boarding, but slightly different. Visualization works on a more internal level, and the secret is to visualize as many details as you can, especially of the things you’re seeking.

But here’s another magic trick: you have to visualize the YOU that can attract all those things.

In other words, you need to visualize yourself receiving or living those things. Happy. Nourished. Fulfilled.

Because you want to bring forth that version of you that will allow you to experience what you wish for in life.

This way, you’ll become a vibrational match as you get to experience the feeling of a new identity right away. Try it. Doesn’t it make you feel good?

Make a list of your ideal life.

Another efficient way to manifest is to write a detailed list of all the things that you want to live in this life. But here’s the thing: You have to do it in detail!

In fact, you should try to list 50 things you wish for in life. Not 10, not 20, but 50. This way, you will force yourself to go really deep.

What do you want? What experiences do you wish to have? What would it be like there? Write that down.

This will further solidify your visualization process as you connect with the reality you want. If you feel it’s real, then you’re vibrationally aligning with it. The secret is to feel.

The 369 method

Probably my favorite manifestation method is the 369 method. It requires writing down what you want to manifest three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon, and nine times in the evening.

Then, you have to repeat this as long as you see fit. In fact, until the day comes, everything you want actually happens.

By doing this every day, you’re holding really tight to your goal, which is very helpful when it comes to tapping into your subconscious.

Hypnotist Shauna Cummins explained before that this method can be very useful because it allows your brain to find exactly what it’s looking for. This way, it becomes more likely to magnetize your desire into action.

Repeat positive affirmations.

Repeating positive affirmations is very close to the 369 method because it consistently taps into some of your patterns.

As we all know, negative thought patterns could easily block things from manifesting, so affirmations might help unlearn some of those patterns.

Besides, you can choose any affirmation that truly speaks to you, whether we’re talking about “I am worthy” or “Love is always around me”.

Take the needed action.

Last but not least, “taking action” is less of a manifestation method, but it still helps you move forward toward your goals and dreams.

After all, we can journal day and night, but without aligned action, we will never actually get there. The secret lies in the ability to think like the version of yourself you want to be, feel like that version, and live like it.

Behave like you already have everything you wish for, and you will attract it. If you behave according to your new life, the old patterns and programs will be left behind, and that’s exactly what you want.

However, bear in mind that this doesn’t mean that if you want to be rich, you should spend all your money as if you were already rich.

That’s not how it works. You need to align yourself with who you are when you’re living in abundance.

Who is this new version of you, and how can you start acting like them? These are the questions you need to ask yourself.

If some manifestation methods don’t work…

Truth be told, manifestation methods might help you, but in the end, it’s still an inside job. You have to know this: while there’s no such thing as manifestation methods that don’t work, no method in the world will solve your issues by itself.

These are nothing but “additional tools that might aid the process”, but you are the one who needs to take action in the end.

What people usually misunderstand about manifesting is that it actually requires some sort of real change on their part.

It’s not as much about how many times you write something out as it is about how you envision yourself and who you want to be.

And here’s the tricky trick: if you envision that version of yourself as your “future” self, it will only keep you further away from it.

You need to get into their shoes and wear their clothes. You already are that person; you just have to align your thoughts and behave accordingly.
