It’s possible that those who are talking behind your back don’t really have an issue with you; rather, they’re merely carrying out a request from someone else. It might be challenging to determine whether or not another party is engaged in this basic conflict of interest.
You can ask yourself these questions: Have I recently seen them with a particular group of people?; Is it possible that the person I recently injured would be taking revenge on me?
If the answer to either of these is “yes,” it may be because a good friend or member of your family is attacking you in revenge for an offense they believe you committed.
