#6 Your posture can tell if you are confident or not
Compared to a hunched or slumped posture, having an upright posture has more influence. Being able to speak while standing up straight sends a powerful message to the other person. Meanwhile, hunching over and stooping show that you are uninterested in the other person. A lack of self-worth can also be shown by poor posture.
A comfortable person’s body language suggests that they are more likely to open up and not engage in any inhibiting behaviors. The best spot to check for tension is on the fingers. When people are relaxed, so are their hands. Usually, the movements of their fingers would be calmer and gentler.
