We know it’s a cliche at this point, but picking up some sort of exercise routine is the best thing that you can do. Not only will you be able to get in shape and take care of your physical health, but working out has also been shown to improve cognitive skills and boost creativity.

Do not think you have to end up becoming a bodybuilder, but adding some sort of exercise into your routine, especially if you have mental health issues, is going to do wonders for your life. This habit, even at the small level of going on a daily walk, is known to elevate your mood as it encourages the production of endorphins, which are well-known hormones that work as natural antidepressants!
