The anxiety and fear of starting something new could be more nerve-wracking than the excitement and intent of it. It’s completely fine to have those initial feelings, but they will go away as soon as you get the ball rolling.

Believe in yourself no matter what, and get going with all the conviction, preparation, and nervousness you can muster. Noting down your goals may help you (some people may even find it helpful to stick those notes near their beds). And a piece of advice that I find very helpful is to not wait for the right moment to make a decision or do something.
