4. You’re Having Insomnia or Nightmares
If you want to find out if there’s negative energy in your house, look at your sleep patterns. Did you recently start having nightmares, or perhaps you find it hard to sleep at night?
Just like meditation is a great way for our mind to rest and slow down, sleep does that for the mind, body, and spirit. If your sleep takes a hit because of insomnia or nightmares, it no longer provides you with the rejuvenation your body and mind need.
When sleep becomes something you dread, that’s a sign you’re surrounded by negativity, even in your bedroom.
