A leaning ladder
Ladders, like any other object in your home, must have their place. However, it is considered that walking under them is seen as bad luck!
The origin of this Feng Shui law is however disputed, as some believe that it’s an old Christian tradition that stated that walking into a triangle made by a leaning ladder might be seen as breaking the Holy Trinity.
Another possibility is that the shape resembles a medieval gallows. Also, a more practical concern believes that it’s all a matter of safety, and it’s not recommended to walk under any ladder that might be unattended.
